Yes. Many of our strongest proposals start before a venue is locked in, we can advise on AV feasibility, power and rigging capability while you're shortlisting rooms, so venue and production decisions inform each other rather than one boxing in the other.

Absolutely. Tell us what you have in mind, even as a range, and we'll put together options at different levels so you can see what's possible at each, rather than one fixed quote that may not match how your budget gets approved internally.

Alongside, always. We plug in as the technical production layer, AV, staging, lighting and the crew to run it, while your team keeps ownership of the guest experience, content and running order.

The sooner the better. Getting involved early gives us the most room to plan properly, venue logistics, rigging and content all get easier to solve well in advance rather than under time pressure, though we regularly deliver on shorter timelines too. The earlier we're in, the more of your budget goes toward production rather than solving avoidable problems late.

Every event is built around your room, running order and audience, no fixed packages. That said, awards ceremonies share a common backbone (staging, screens, lighting, sound), so we're rarely starting completely from scratch, you get a bespoke plan, built on proven foundations.
