How far ahead should we book?
The first two weeks of December are usually gone by early October, and Saturdays go first. If your date is fixed, get it held now — the quote can be finalised later.
What do you need from our venue?
A reasonable load-in route, standard 13A power near the rig position, and a couple of hours before guests arrive. We'll speak to the venue's events team directly and sort the technical detail with them.
Are you insured and compliant?
£10m public liability, PAT-tested equipment and a written risk assessment and method statement for every job. Venues ask for it; we send it before they have to.
What if the venue has a sound limiter?
Very common in London. We design the system around the limit rather than fighting it — a tuned, correctly placed rig sounds far better at 95dB than a bad one does at 105.
Can we change package closer to the date?
Yes. Upgrades are usually possible up to two weeks out, subject to kit availability, and we'll tell you straight away if a change isn't realistic.
Do you work outside London?
Yes — we're London-based and work UK-wide. Anything beyond the M25 just carries transport and, for longer distances, crew accommodation, both quoted up front.
